Subject
This document presents the general conditions or terms of use of the mankovflyfishing.com site, which govern the rules for the use of Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF), including the conclusion of a contract of purchase and sale from this e-store.

Definitions
- Site – the domain mankovflyfishing.com
- Customer – any natural or legal person or other legal entity that uses the site of “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd in any way, including but not limited to browsing, placing orders, purchasing, returning goods, etc.
- Account – a section of the Site formed by an email address and password, which allows the Client to send Orders and which contains information about the Client and the history of some of their actions on the Site (Orders, tax invoices, etc.).
- Goods and Services – any subject of a contract for purchase and sale from the Site.
- Order – an electronic document representing a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Buyer declares to the Seller, via the Site, their intention to purchase Goods and Services.
- Contract – a remote contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer for the purchase and sale of Goods and/or Services from the Site, an integral part of which are these general terms of use.
- Contents:
- All information on the Site that is accessible through an Internet connection and the use of an Internet-connected device;
- The content of any message from the Buyer to the Seller sent electronically and/or through any other available communication means;
- Any information provided in any way by an employee or collaborator of the Seller to the Buyer, by electronic or other remote transmission;
- Information related to the Goods and/or Services and/or the tariffs applied by the Seller at a given time.
- A written evaluation by the owner or user of a product or service, based on personal experience and skills, commenting on whether the product or service meets the manufacturer’s stated characteristics.
- A method of expressing a User’s/Client’s/Buyer’s satisfaction level regarding a product, represented by one to five stars, always accompanied by a written review.
- A rating or critical remark added at the end of a review or other comment.
- A notification to the customer that the order has been registered on the e-store platform of “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd and is in processing status.
- A notification to the customer that the Seller has accepted and will proceed with the execution of the order.
General Applications
The “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd Terms of Use are binding on all users of the Site. Any use of the Site implies that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these general conditions unconditionally.
The Terms of Use may be changed unilaterally by “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd at any time by updating them. These changes become effective immediately and are binding on all users/customers. “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd reserves the right to make changes at its sole discretion or as required by law. Changes may apply retroactively to orders that have already been delivered and confirmed. In the event of any changes, “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd will notify its customers by publishing the updated terms on the Site. As a Customer, you are responsible for checking the general terms each time you use the Site.
If any provision of these general terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd makes every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information on the Site. However, due to possible technical errors or omissions, product images are considered informative and illustrative; delivered products may differ from the images due to updates in characteristics or design.
The Site may contain links to other websites. “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of external sites it does not manage.
“Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd owns and retains all intellectual property rights related to the Site, whether directly owned or obtained through contractual licenses or other lawful means.
Signing a Contract
By placing an Order on the Site, the Buyer agrees, by phone or email, to express their intention to receive the selected Product or Service from the Seller against payment. The Seller will send a confirmation notice to the Buyer acknowledging the registration of the Order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance, confirmation, or commitment to fulfillment. It will be sent electronically (via email) or by phone.
The Seller reserves the right not to deliver part or all of the Goods or Services in an Order, including but not limited to situations involving stock unavailability or pricing changes. In such cases, the Seller will inform the Customer via email or phone.
The distance sales contract between the Seller and the Customer is deemed concluded when the Customer receives an email and/or SMS from the Seller confirming the Order and readiness to dispatch the Goods or provide the Service.
Online Sale
Access to mankovflyfishing.com for placing an Order is allowed to any Customer over the age of 18. “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict any Customer’s access to placing an Order and/or to certain payment methods if it determines that doing so is necessary to protect its interests. In such cases, the Customer may contact “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd to inquire about the reasons for the imposed restrictions. “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd is not liable for any losses or damages the Customer may suffer as a result of this decision.
Customers may submit opinions about Goods and/or Services, as well as communicate with “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd via the contact information provided in the “Contacts” section of the Site. Comments or messages containing profanity or inappropriate language will be removed or ignored. The Seller reserves the right to manage submitted information at its sole discretion.
Communication with the Seller may occur through direct contact or via the addresses listed on the Site. The Seller commits to storing and processing received information in accordance with REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Seller may use subcontractors to fulfill Services offered on the Site and is responsible for their actions as if they were their own.
Orders
Customers can place Orders by adding desired Goods and/or Services to the shopping cart and following the steps to complete and submit the Order. Each Product or Service added to the cart is available for purchase while stock lasts. Adding items to the cart without finalizing the Order does not constitute registration or reservation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all purchase details submitted in the Order are true, complete, and accurate at the time of submission.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel Orders and will notify the Customer accordingly. Cancellation does not incur liability or obligations for either party, and no compensation may be claimed.
Returns
Customers must cover all direct return costs for Products if they cancel the Contract within the designated withdrawal period.
The Seller will refund the payment received under the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the Customer’s cancellation notice or the returned goods—whichever comes first. The refund may be processed:
- To the bank account from which the original payment was made;
- To another bank account provided by the Customer;
- After the cancellation of a consumer credit agreement, typically to the account used for credit payments or as determined by the financing bank.
Refunds may be delayed until the Seller receives the returned Goods or receives proof of return, unless the Seller has agreed to collect the Goods.
Payment
Prices listed on mankovflyfishing.com are final and include VAT and any other applicable taxes and fees. The price, payment method, and terms are specified in each Order.
The Customer must provide accurate invoicing information. The Seller issues invoices for all bank transfer payments, regardless of whether the Customer is a business or an individual. For cash payments, an invoice is issued only upon request. Invoices may be delivered physically with the Goods or electronically to the email specified in the Customer’s Account.
For online or bank payments, the Seller is not liable for fees, commissions, currency conversions, or other costs charged by the Customer’s bank. Card payments to “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd may be treated as international transactions by some banks, potentially incurring extra fees. The same applies to refunds issued by the Seller. All such costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
Delivery
The Seller will deliver the ordered Goods via courier to the address or courier office selected by the Customer. Appropriate packaging and all necessary documents will be provided. If any required documents are missing, the Customer should promptly contact the Seller.
Delivery timeframes provided by the Seller are indicative and do not constitute binding obligations. The Seller is not liable for any compensation if these timeframes are not met.
The Customer must inspect the Goods upon delivery. If any discrepancies are found, the Seller must be notified immediately.
Warranties
The Seller provides a conformity warranty for all Goods sold on the Site, in accordance with applicable laws and the warranty policy of the relevant manufacturer or authorized distributor. Warranty certificates are issued by the manufacturer or by “Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd.
The Buyer is responsible for regularly updating their Account information and reviewing it before each Order, as it is used when issuing the warranty certificate. The Seller is not obliged to reissue certificates based on incorrect or outdated data, and doing so may void the warranty.
Ownership
Ownership of the Goods transfers to the Buyer upon delivery and full payment. Delivery is confirmed by the Buyer’s signature on the courier’s delivery document.
Liability
The Seller is not liable for any damages suffered by the Buyer or third parties due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In all other cases, liability is limited to the value of the Goods ordered and paid for.
Personal Data
“Mankov Fly Fishing (MFF)” Ltd is the data controller. In accordance with REGULATION 2016/679 (GDPR), Convention 108, and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act, the Seller processes personal data as described in the Site’s Privacy Policy.
Publishing Reviews
Users/Customers/Buyers may publish reviews, which can be positive or negative, based on their experience with a product or service. By submitting a review, the User grants the Seller a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the content.
When posting reviews, Users agree to:
- Use appropriate, non-offensive language;
- Ensure their reviews are truthful and in compliance with relevant laws;
- Avoid sharing or requesting personal data;
- Avoid submitting promotional or advertising content.
If attaching photos or videos, Users must ensure:
- Media files are relevant and respect copyright laws;
- They do not contain violence, obscene language, adult content, or discriminatory material.
Reviews must be accompanied by a star rating. Together, the reviews and ratings contribute to the product’s or service’s overall rating.
If the Seller identifies repeated violations of the Terms of Use, it may restrict the User’s ability to post reviews.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations due to force majeure—unforeseeable events beyond their control.
If such an event lasts more than 14 (fourteen) days, either party may notify the other to terminate the Contract without owing compensation.
